Come join us for a Get Out The Vote Postcard Party!
For LWV La Plata membership, friends, and family only!
A quick reminder to invite you, your family and friends to join us for our “get out the vote” postcard party on September 20th from 4-6 pm.
We’ll be writing to the young citizens of La Plata County (ages 22- 45) who haven’t voted in recent elections – and encouraging them to step up to have their voices heard this November.
This will be a collaboration between the League of Women Voters and the politically concerned folks from the Unitarian Universalists congregation.
We’ll be meeting at Bowman Hall, 419 San Juan Drive (on the UU campus at the corner of San Juan and Columbine- just SW of Needham Elementary School). Bowman Hall is the building on the right as you enter the parking lot.
Light refreshments provided! Hope to see you soon!
