Guinn Unger will speak on upcoming changes in healthcare policy and regional impacts on health insurance premiums, as well as advantages and considerations regarding a state-wide single payer healthcare system.  He is the President and Director of Colorado Healthcare Coalition.

Jan Phillips will provide an update on Southwest Colorado Cares, a community care hub program that sprung from the work of the League-sponsored La Plata Healthcare Improvement Coalition and is launching this fall by Community Connections.
