LWV La Plata 100th Anniversary Fund

2020 is a big year for the League of Women Voters and for Women’s Suffrage…100th Anniversary for both!  This is not a coincidence.  The efforts of the League were closely tied to women winning the right to vote. In recognition of these milestones, we are asking for your support with a one-time 100th Anniversary contribution to the League of Women Voters of La Plata County. This one time donation will help the La Plata League with celebrations of this momentous time in our history and furthering our efforts in non-partisan voter education.
You may contribute to the LWVLPC 100th Anniversary Fund in two ways, by check or credit card. This donation is NOT tax deductible under the 501(c)(4) tax status.
(If you would like to make a Tax Deductible Donation, Please see Education Fund Donations below.)

General Fund
Your support goes directly to the local League's work to protect and defend our democracy. Together we can ensure our elections are free, fair and accessible, encourage all voters to exercise their right to vote, and provide non-partisan voter education and information. In addition to our voter service activities such as forums and voter education events, donations made here support our public advocacy activities based on our policy positions, and underwrite our organizational costs,  This donation is NOT tax deductible under the 501(c)(4) tax status.
