There were six (6) items on the Consent Agenda. There was for the approval of the Memorandum of Understanding between the all municipal, tribal and county entities regardingthe detoxification facility. Approval of the rental of Los Piñon Fire Protection District ambulance license. Approval of revisions to the Communicable Disease Policy. There was one (1) item forPublic Hearing which was considering the resolution for the Bayfield and Marvel ConvenienceCenters Tipping Fees. Decision Agenda included two (2) items: transfer of a hotel andrestaurant and liquor licenses and consideration of an Intergovernmental Agreement with theTown of Bayfield and town of Bayfield Policy Department for Routine Patrol on certain County roads.
